Centre Pompidou

The Centre Pompidou is a strange looking building in the heart of Paris. It's a great example of modern architecture. It houses a good collection of modern art. It has nice expositions every now and then. For up to date info on expositions, check the website of the Centre Pompidou.

The Centre has one of the world's most important public collections of twentieth-century art, architecture, and design, to be found on the third and fourth floor. These flours were completely renovated in 1999 and have reopened on new years eve of that year. The exhibitions have become landmark events for a public that is eager to encounter all the art forms of its times and follow their development.
