Located in the 13eme, this restaurant has GREAT food with a reasonable price.  Here you can try Laotion and Thai dishes as well as Vietnamese.  There is a che (sweet bean dessert) bar in the front.

Get there early, because the line can be long and there are no reservations.  There is a tea salon next door that is owned by the same people that will offer you the food.
