TAMARILLOS is the restaurant of Philippe Chapon, who spent many years at Guy Savoy. This Double Champion of Desserts in France offers a style of cooking much of which is based on fruits and flowers. The beautiful interior of Tamarillos is contemporary and based on colour, reflection and transparency. The tables were specially designed with light projecting upwards from the base to shine through the glass plates. Pillars of constantly changing light divide the tables. The idea was to create an atmosphere which awakens the diner's senses from the moment he or she enters the restaurant. There are twenty covers and a terrace.
