Tourists do not overrun L’Ovale because not very many tourists know about the place. It's a great place to go if you want to get a taste of the local atmosphere.

Brasserie Felix Faure

This is a great place to come and grab a bite to eat after a fun night out; the cafe is open later than most other cafes in Nice. You can find this place in the Old Town across from the gardens. In terms of food, you will find the usual local food, which includes seafood. The steaks are good, but the pizzas are better.
