There is a shop in the center of Biarritz, called Takamaka, which offers equipment to rent for bikeing, mountain bikeing, and surfing. The equipment is brand new! The people are very nice and speak good English. Plus, they can give you information about the region. There is also the opportunity to do sea kayaking, hawaiian canoeing, wave skiing and quad biking... a lot of fun!!!
The shop is very easy to find, Takamaka is right next to the tourism information office.
