Uzes and its surrounding 'Uzege' is quite rightly becoming the place to stay in this lovely and, as yet undiscovered part of Provence.   Everyone who has a large property here now lets a room or two particularly in high season (July, August) and these can be variable or sometimes extremely basic.  Really good places to stay are more difficult to find although books/sites such as 'Special Places to Stay' can help.
