The chateau of Valencay is as huge as the one in
Chambord but it's a lot less visited. The English style gardens around are very beaifully designed, ther are many animals and children play grounds here.
The castle was the residence of talleyrand the minister of Napoleon. The furniture inside is all from the period he lived here and it provides a good insight in the style of the beginning of the 19-th century.
