The chateau de Montpoupon is some 10 km south of Chenonceau, halfway between Montrichard and Loches close to the town of Cere la Ronde.

25 rooms are open to the public, as well as the stables, an old blacnsmith workshop and reconstructed houses of the dog keeper and the huntsman. For more info see the Montpoupon website.
