Billund, Denmark is a young city which owes its success to Lego Group, which was instrumental in building the city from scratch. It is a popular tourist retreat due to the famous Lego Land, an amusement park featuring live size Lego models and theme rides. There are no rail lines in this city, thus you will have to rely either on air or road to get there. Billund is a very safe city for tourists but the activity levels come down by sunset.
