There are not many facilities in Komarna. One small hotel with a restaurant that is open during the tourist season, one konoba (café) and a mini-market. Next to the hotel and in Villa Komarna there is a fitness centre and a swimming pool and a pool bar.
Three kilometres to the south is the holiday resort Klek and eight kilometres south is Neum, the only seaside town in Bosnia-Hercegovina where there is several big shops, restaurants and hotels.Komarna is also ideal as a base for sightseeing. Many historical places and world-class tourist attractions can be reached by car within an hour. And close by there are several interesting and little known places that are well worth your visit.
