Supetar (St. Peter) is located on the island of Brač , the third largest of the Adriatic islands.    Supetar is accessible via 1 hour ferry ride from the mainland port, in Split, Croatia .  It is also possible to arrive in Supetar via ferry from Ancona , Italy , though this requires an overnight ride. The island is known for it's renowned white stone, and it's pristine pebble beaches.
