3. Swim at Krka National Park
Krka National Park is a popular spot for swimming, with more than 109 kilometers full of waterfalls and pools created by the Krka River. The Krka River originates from a karst spring, which gets its water supply from quickly moving rainwater or melting snow. Over thousands of years, this process has carved lakes and underground caves out of the limestone rock, which are now perfect sites for exploring. It is important to note that unlike most springs, it is not recommend that you drink the water from a karst spring. The rapid movement of the water through the cave system means there is not ample time for the water to be purified.

The Split Archaeological Museum is one of the oldest museums in Croatia. The Museum was founded in 1820 and renovated in 1970 to celebrate its 150th anniversary. In addition to a large collection of objects dating back to prehistoric times, the Museum houses a library with more than 30,000 books, a collection of antique coins and monuments from Salona.
5. Catch a Soccer Game
Split is considered among the best cities for watching football (soccer) in all of Europe because of its boisterous fans. The home team, Hajduk Split, or the Split Whites as they are commonly called, are currently one of the two most popular teams in Croatia.
