Makarska Nightlife

Makarska is definetly the best touristic resort. Lot of youngs / boys & girls are on the beach during day, and in the evening is the parade of fashion and beauties on the Riva. Amazing. In the middle of season Makarska has every Friday „Fishermans Night“ on the Riva with lot of interesting shows, concerts, domestic dancers, acrobats and performes.

Makarska is definetly the top nightlife destination for young people in region Split-Dalmatia county. Whole Makarska Riviera from Brela, Baska Voda, Makarska and Tucepi are amazing. I didnt see anywhere on the south lot of young and party people like here. Makarska is center of entertainment and nightlife. There are a lot of Bosnians, Germans, Scandinavians, Britishs, Czechs and Italians. You will find on the way lot of interesting hotels, camps, bars, restaurants, caffe`s. On the long Riva you will find good restaurants, hotels and bars. Tourist Biro is the place where you can find private accomodation. Kacicev Trg is a main square.

On the end of Riva there are around 5-6 caffe and cocktail bars (most popular are Pink Panther and Marineta) which are playing electro-house music in the night. All young tourists are starting the night here, dancing, meeting others, and around 2am, when they close, people are going to two disco clubs 200 m from this place on the right side. There is a big park car and you will see big signs for two premier clubs – Peter Pan (ex Opera) and Club Deep.

Peter Pan Club is the new place and always you will find there urban, famous and fancy people. 70% of guests are always girls. Its situated on the location of ex club Opera just near to the football stadium. Open air area for 1500 people, 14 VIP tables, working all day with different programme – electro-house, rnb/hip-hop and domestic pop/dance singers.

Club Deep is still the central point of Makarska nightlife and it was last few years when Opera shut down. Deep is situated in the natural cave and on the rocks you are first to the sea. Their residents always play underground house music with some rnb flavours. http://www.deep.hr

In Tucepi i didnt have time to go and visit Michigen Bar which is the most popular venue there. Also in Gradac there is famous Pineta cocktail bar.
