Our Studio Apartments are located at a very attractive location in an old stone house, close to the Old City in a quiet residential district, with a great view of the Old Town and the Sea .

Just in front is the Gradac park and the Lovrijenac fortress. You will enjoy this breathtaking view from the beautiful terrace surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Both Apartments are newly refurbished and have everything you need to enjoy a vacation in one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik.

Only a few minutes by foot you are in the center and close to everything.

One of the finest Restaurants is just 100 m away where you can enjoy all kinds of freshly prepared Mediterranean and local meals. Our location gives you an ideal choice of sights around the Dubrovnik area ,next to supermarket(50 m), café bars & restaurants (50 m), banks, a post office, tourist services and many, many other facilities for your needs.
