ST Helier is the capital of Jersey.
Jammed with traffic and shops but beware as some will fleece you for the VAT, those that don't proudly display a VAT Free sticker so shop around, there are bargains to be had.
Traffic and parking can be a nightmare together with all the one way streets to confuse you further, so get a bus to town and keep your stress levels down.
Plenty of pubs, loads of Jewellers shops and the usual High street names can be found here.
