Bistro Frere

Bistro Frere changed ownership in 1999 and became "Frere de Mer". It was voted in a local "Chef's Circle" competion the best Restaurant in Jersey in 2001. From 2000 until 2004 was listed in the Guide Michelin of Great Britain and the Channel Islands.
The property was sold in 2004 and now is called "Le Frere Restaurant" and is under new Management, the previous owners having retired.
