Hotel Bristol is about 14 km far away from Tuzla international airport.

Hotel Bristol was built instead of Hotel Beograd, which had to be demolished as the ground was sinking. Hotel Bristol was opened in 1960 and from then until now today it is the leading hotel and tourism attraction in Northeast Bosnia.

This hotel was renovated and today has more comfortable rooms to offer, offering 5 modern business apartments, 53 single rooms, 15 double rooms, and 10 rooms with king-size bed.

The Slana Banja (Salt Spa) was already well known in 1914. Early on its healing mineral waters were analyzed by numerous European institutes. In 1887 the renown Viennese authority on salt bath spas, E. Ludwig, compared Tuzla's Slana Banja salt baths to the most known of their kind in Reisenhall. Separate analyses by the Bosnian Health Institute and the Zagreb Medical lnstitute have recently verified that the therapeutic qualities of the spa's water have not changed over the years. These thermal waters consist of calcium, soda, magnesium, bromide and iodine. Tuzla's famous "Hotel Bristol" was converted into the modern Slana Banja Therapy Center. Since its completion in the fall of 1990 the center has offered hot tubs, underwater massage, electrotherapy, inhalation cabinets and other contemporary therapeutic aids.
