Mol is a place with some 32000 inhabitants located in Kempen. The name means mole which is actually the city's mascot. Mol is well known for its nice sandy beaches which have been restored from the old quarries belonging to the glass industry. The slogan "pittig en attractief" (vivid and attractive) can also be thought as a sign of Mol.
