Brussels is badly supplied with ethnic restaurants and many of those tend to dumb down their flavours to suit local tastes. This comfortable little Japanese restaurant, hidden in one of the city’s grimier side streets, is an exception. Chef Saito Harumi’s sushi is as delicious as any you’ll find in Tokyo.
