Internet Kafe & Ingilab

The last time I have been to Quba, which is a year ago, there were already two internet cafes. The one is in so called "Meydan," just near "Medeniyyet Evi" and "5 ulduz" (five stars) supermarket. Everybody knows "Meydan." The other one is on the way from "Meydan" to "Bazar", near the High School Number 1. Although the computers are slow, at least they were a year ago, the hourly rate is pretty cheap, about 3000 Azm, which corresponds to about 50 US cents.
