GAMIGAYA

Gamigaya, peak in the watershed of Zangazur chain in northeast of Tivi and Nesirvaz villages in the territory of Ordubad has the height of 3725 m. The cone typed   mountain with precipitous slope consists of the ancient volcanic rocks. For thousand years the Gamiyaga plains played important role in economic life of the Nakhchiva population, and somehow turned into saint place where natural temples emerged.
