Museum of local heritage - Imster Heimatmuseum
Edit ThisThe museum was founded in 1909 and features items connected with the history of Imst, like prehistory, the Romans, textile industry. There are also religious exhibits, sculptures and tools from the mining era. Open all year.
In 2003 the Museum was reopened as "Museum im Ballhaus".

Church of the Holy Angels
Edit ThisDesigned by architect Norbert Heltschl, this church contains works by artists Gustav Stimpfl (glass windows, tabernacle), Elmar Kopp (stations of the Cross) and Andreas Weißenbach (St. Michael mosaic). In 1993 the angel fountain, also designed by Norbert Heltschl, and built by students of the Imst technical school, was consecrated. The angel statue was made by Werner Abraham.

Maria Himmelfahrt parish church
Edit ThisAn impressive building from the 15th century with the highest spire in Tirol (84.5 m), frescos on the outside and a modern altar by sculptor Elmar Kopp from Imst.
