Vanatur Gyumri isn’t just a restaurant. This restaurant is open to the public but it’s also a hotel. They offer all kinds of traditional foods. If you’re a guest at the hotel it’s convenient because the restaurant is in the same building, however if you just want to eat there, that’s allowed as well.
