The guest-house ‘Casanova’ is located in resort city Dilijan (95 km away from Yerevan). Unique air, curative, low-mineral springs, alpine curative herbs and peat – all these make Dilijan an elite site for holidays, treatment and rehabilitation.

The guest-house ‘Casanova’ is a three-storied private residence with mini-parking, a landscape area, a large garden, avenues, and a playground, where there is a special place for making barbecue (shashlik). The house is situated in one of the picturesque regions of Dilijan – Jroger (translated from Armenia it means ‘earth rich in waters’), which is surrounded by mountains, the slopes of which are covered by a thick forest, the lower parts are alpine meadows – from the balcony of the house a gorgeous panorama is in view.

1st floor – fitness hall, sauna, bar
2nd floor – kitchen, dining-room and sitting-room with a way out to the panoramic terrace and balcony ‘Casanova’
3rd floor – three isolated bedrooms with a way out to the balcony. The bedrooms have a refrigerator with a mini-bar, TV-set, toilette/bathroom with warm and cold water.
