School #8

In Sarahart, School #8, also known as Sayet Nova School, has a Project Harmony.  Usually you can use the internet 3 to 7, Monday through Saturday.  It is located on the 3rd floor of the school.  The connection in Sarahart is not that great so don't be surprised if they don't have access when you go.
