In Sarahart, School #8, also known as Sayet Nova School, has a Project Harmony. Usually you can use the internet 3 to 7, Monday through Saturday. It is located on the 3rd floor of the school. The connection in Sarahart is not that great so don't be surprised if they don't have access when you go.

Russian School

In Alaverdi, the Russian School (School #5, I think), has Project Harmony. The room is on the 2nd floor. The connection here is usually the best in town, but doesn't always work. The school is located on the upper road, 100 yards east of the City Government offices.
