Cruises in Saranda
Edit ThisCruise the Blue Waters and Greek Ports Close to Saranda
Saranda cruises are the best way for tourists to explore nearby ports and bays. Most of the cruises depart from Corfu town, so you may have to leave early to get to this port.
Plataria Sivota Blue Lagoon Cruise
Tourists who want to enjoy the coastal beauty must opt for this cruise, which will take them to some popular Greek ports. The cruise starts from Corfu and makes its way towards the south. The historic town of Corfu, two Venetian fortresses, and the Royal Palace are some of the sights you will see at the beginning of your cruise. Next, you will get a view of the Kanoni peninsula and Mon Repos Palace. After this, the cruise sails southeast and halts at Plataria, the traditional marina village.
Piscine Bay
You can visit souvenir shops, have a drink in one of the cafes, and stroll around the town. The next stop on this cruise is the picturesque Piscine Bay, which is famous for the shooting of the movie Blue Lagoon. Here you are free to swim in the bay’s blue waters or even give champagne diving a try. You must decide beforehand, as the ship stays here only for an hour.
Sivota
The cruise then goes through the spectacular cave of Sivota and halts at the old village port of Sivota. Tourists are free to explore the village and dine in one of the taverns. You then make your way back to Corfu by sailing around the small Sivota islands. Rates for this cruise are about $3500 and include meals and drinks.
