Just recently, Saranda has undergone a recent boom in the areas of bars and cafes. There are now numerous Saranda Bars and Cafes that you can visit while in Saranda, but sometimes choosing the right ones is difficult. Walking down the streets or even just stepping outside of your hotel you will find bars and cafes just about anywhere that you go.

Tani’s Bar & Guesthouse

If you are looking for a local bar that is both friendly and fluent in English, Tani’s is the place to go. Inside Tani’s Bar, you will be able to try some of their famous draught beers, which the draught beers are local and imported. If draught beer is not what you like you can always have a bottled beer or even an exotic cocktail.

Butrint

This cozy little place is located in the main area of Saranda, but it is not nearly as busy as some of the other places. If you are looking for some authentic food this is a must visit. You should also take a seat on the terrace so you can look out over the ocean while you enjoy your meal. Luckily, the staff speaks a little bit of English, so ordering is not very difficult. Be sure to try the grilled fish and veggie soup.

Litmarni

If you are looking for a place to grab something to snack on or even a quick drink on a hot day, Litmarni is the place to go. Litmarni is located right on the beach, which makes it a convenient place to grab a drink on a hot summer day. Perhaps the best part about this little place is that the tables are covered with umbrellas and they are located right on the beach, so you can people watch while sipping on a nice cold beer or coke.

Delfini Bar

Like many of the other bars and cafes located in Saranda, Delfini is located right along the beach, which gives you a terrific view. Looking out at the ocean while eating your meal or enjoying a drink is a great way to pass the time and you can also take part in people watching. If you are electing for a meal from Delfini you should try something that includes seafood, because the seafood is freshly caught each day.

Three Roses

Here you can grab something to eat or drink, depending on your mood. If you elect for something to eat, seafood is your best choice; most bars and cafes in town offer fresh seafood each day. It is easily within walking distance of the local hotels, but you can also arrange for transportation.
