Beaches

One of Puerto Rico's most famous beaches is Luquillo Beach. It is located on the island's Northeast coast and is considered to be one of the world's best beaches. Luquillo beach is a "Blue Flag" beach. While the beach in itself is fabulous and beautiful, on the west side of the beach you will find one of the most popular spots among locals. The "Luquillo Kiosks" which number over a dozen are popular eateries among the local population. For a few dollars one can get a full authentic Puerto Rican meal. There is usually lots of music and dancing at the kiosks and locals love to have tourists and foreigners join in.
