Island Communication Servies

Island Communication Services is run by Alida Heilbron & Bob Morgan. In 1999, Alida was the agent for another mailbox service on the island of Saba. She was not happy with the service and her longtime partner Bob Morgan, encouraged her to start her own mailbox service. So said so done, within 2 years her clientele grew from 8 customers to 50 customers. Today, ICS mailbox service has about 100 customers. Not bad for a small island.

Alida’s dream has always been to own her own business and she found the niche in the Saba market: a business center. By June, 2003 her modest mailbox service operated from her home in The Bottom, found a new home: an office in Windwardside. Saba’s first business center was born! In March 2004, Alida resigned as administrator of Saba University to fully devote her time to her growing business.
