'Secrets' on Negril Beach

Since about 1982, before the big hotels arrived, Secrets Cabins have been known to some of those travellers, whether well-heeled or strictly on a budget, who just want to get away from sumptuous living for a while.

There are just 4 little wooden cabins,  little huts really, with two beds, table, fan, chairs, and just to give a little bit of class fresh flowers and local art.

Mostly used by couples and singles from 20 to 60, they have retained their popularity over the years and offer the essentials  -  beach, bed,  books, safety, cafe and free coffee.  This is along with a little gym, jacuzzi, garden,  free WiFi, office services and a clean, safe environment.

Guests can stay a month for the price a 3 days in one of the posh hotels, and they'll eat at the local eateries with all their variety and value and have money over for fun and watersports as well.

The rates are so low that there are no high and low season rates as such, but you can get a discount on even those rates in some of the summer months.  Don't expect air conditioning, but you will get the friendliest service and daily cleaning along with towel and sheets changed regularly and scrupulously clean bathrooms with hot and cold showers.
