Cafe LL and Net Tel

In Cap-Haitien, there's an internet cafe called Cafe LL on Rue L  and another one called Net Tel on Rue E.  The price is about 50 gdes per hour (about $1.50 U.S.) Use Haitian currency, as the only locals familiar with US currency are the hotel and restaurant owners who have a brisk trade with UN personnel and/or NGOs.

Money can be changed on the street but do it discreetly as money changers are regularly targeted by thieves regularly. Service is always dependent upon availabilty of satellite signal and electricity.
