The Serpent and the Rainbow

casey: mixes good information and a sense of haiti with the author's apparent arrogance (in places) and leaves me feeling like i have a sense about zombies and their place in haitian society, but not sure entirely i can trust that sense. worth reading. not sensational, as apparently the movie of the same name is.
