In the Colibar Restaurant you'll be welcomed with a menu of great food at reasonable prices. Savor locally-caught seafood with fresh fish, lobster or huge crab.

  The "catch of the day" is always fresh and fish or lobster is on the daily menu board. Relax at the bar and sip a "Presidente" (a fine Dominican Pilsner beer served almost at the freezing point) and enjoy making new friendships with other guests.

  Of couse Colibar is open for breakfast, lunch and diner and for your convenience also deliver the food to your apartment. Chef is Italian, and doing marvels with the local ingredients.
