There are two airports, one at Melville in the NE and one at Canefield near Roseau. Intercontinental aricrafts cannot land on any of these. It is therefore necessary to fly through neighbouring islands. Caribbean Star Airlines and (8B) and Leeward Islands Aviation (LI) operate on the island. Choices are as follows (not necessarily complete):

Antigua: LI

Beef Island (British Virgin Islands) 8B, LI

Bridgetown (Barbados): LI, 8B

Pointe a Pitre (Guadeloupe) LI

Port of Spain (Trinidad) 8B
