I am flying in from Miami International on Thursday April 10, 2008, I am scheduled to reach Panama City by 1:20pm i need to get to colon before the Carnival Miracle sails at 4:00pm for Belize City. I need information on the cost and how quickly i can get to the port before 4:00pm.
