Hotel Brisas del Mar

Brisas del Mar is definetely a budget-hotel.  Some rooms have AC, others fan. Make sure whichever yours has works before taking the room, as some rooms are more run-down than others.  The rooms on the 3rd floor are much cooler as there's a nice breeze from the ocean. Some have TV and some don't. The rooms have private baths, but they are open-air (that is, there's no ceiling, they open into the room) so you'd better be comfortable with the people you're sharing the room with.

The hotel is 3 blocks from the beach, right across the street from the market.  There's a great baleada place just around the corner.
