Las Baleadas

Las Baleadas is a great and economical resturant in Choluteca.  It is a family owned and run business with a breakfast and luch place downtown oposite the Cooperativa Guadalupe that serves baleadas (freshly made flour tortillas with beans, chease, and whatever else you want in there), chicken, meat, fried plátanos, and soup.  The servies is quick and the food is good.  For dinner the family has another resturant in barrio El Cortijo (but just tell someone that you want to go to Las Baleadas and they will take you there or tell you how to get there).  This place is great, inexpensive and popular with locals.
