This is the finest new restaurant in all of Guatemala City! The young chef, Jose Luis, is capable and creative with his well-rounded menu. It is a delight to discover, but there is limited seating so reserve or arrive early.

The menu degustation is an excellent value ($22) and his wine list is very discerning.

it is definitely my favorite.
