Hostal D´Acuña

This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, and a large wine list, although the house wine was not very good at all.  Service takes a while but it affords you a nice chance to chat and just soak up the surroundings.  Only about 2 blocks from the center of town, this place is easily accessible by walking. 

They also offer regional tours and have a hostel.
