I advise you to try this new accommodation company in Antigua Guatemala managed by a young couple, they offered me and my family a great house for half the price it would have cost me to stay at an hotel, we needed a baby crib for my youngest and they even provide that, awesome because we visit Antigua every year or two and now we can actually come every year.
