Shopping for remembrances of Costa Rica experience in Guanacaste, visit Playa Junquillal for artwork produced by local artists and craftsmen.  One can look through the new shops at several commercial centers, or visit artists' studios.  Cooper Mays located next to Hotel Iguanazul offers functional porcelain tableware produced in their studios, as well as wood carving, fabric and paintings of other Costa Rican artists.
