San Vito Travel Guide
Edit This The best resource for sights, hotels, restaurants, bars, what to do and seeSan Vito is located in the south of Costa Rica. The town stands almost 1 km above sea level, which means it is cooler than in the jungle around. The town has a sizeable Italian community - it was founded by Italians in the 1950s, who cam to set up coffee plantations. You can still get very good Italian food here. San Vito is also a good starting point for a visit to the Wilson Botanical Gardens or the Parque Internacional La Amistad.
