Nightlife in Hamilton
The Deep Lounge and Nightclub, located just outside the city is a
great option to start your night. This high energy lounge has a
state-of-the-art sound system, a new dance floor and HDTV for watching
all the premiere sporting events. Stop here for drinks, snacks and some
dancing to cap off a great evening.
Fresco's Restaurant and Wine Bar offers the largest selection of wines in Bermuda in a laid back atmosphere, while Opus is also a fine selection for a sophisticated night out enjoying a glass of wine or espresso.
Barracuda Grill is a nice chic location to enjoy martinis or wine. If you love martinis though, you should also check out The Pickled Onion, a martini bar and popular local hangout with live entertainment 7 nights a week during the beach season.
Cafe Cairo offers some great food selections from Egypt, Morocco and Lebanon, along with dancing until 3 a.m. to music from the regions. Belly dancers, sheesha pipes and Turkish coffee complete the atmosphere here.
Entertainment in Hamilton
If you love to catch live music, Bermuda Bistro is a nice place to
stop during the high season to catch a party and dance. Open until 3 a.m.
every day, this venue also doubles as a great place to catch American
and European sports action.
During beach season, be sure to stop by the Reggae Beach Party at Snorkel Park from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Take a ferry from Hamilton and enjoy dancing the night away. Bone Fish also offers some great salsa dancing during the beach season from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.
The Champion Sports Club is home to Chewstick's Neo-Griot Lounge Night, an open-mic-like event featuring artists, spoken word, singers and musicians. This is one of the premier live entertainment spots in Bermuda and draws some of the biggest names in the business. The event is weekly from May to September and bi-weekly from October through April.
