ToToTo Mingles Japanese Restaurant is an open air dining facility overlooking nearby rock islands. It is the only restaurant offering complimentary sashimi for every table and fish is always fresh. Japanese and international cusines are in the menu as well as local Palauan food specials. Local mangrove crab is always available and if you are daring, don't hesitate to try its local special, fruit bat soup.
ToToTo is located in the heart of the downtown shopping area, across from WCTC Shopping Center and besides Surangel Department Store.
