Mauke is a very quiet island and part of the Cook Islands archipelago. If you are in for a few quiet days this is an island for you. With three flights a week from Rarotonga carried out by a 12-person plane not many tourists get here (book well in advance!).
The island is quite flat, has a few stony beaches (no easy swimming), some nice caves (most noticable the "thousand chamber cave") and the beautifully strange "divided" church.
Life is relaxed over here!
