Port Campbell National Park
Edit This
The Port Campbell Natinal Park is definitely worth a daytrip. It has lots of magnificent cliffs and rock formations. For millions of years the soft tertiary limestone of the cliffs of Port Campbell has been weathered and worn by the stormy Southern Ocean into a series of gorges, arches, islands and blowholes. The most striking features can easily be reached by the Great Ocean Road. The National Park not only has rocks, it is also an important bird sanctuary. Over 145 species can be spotted from the many walking tracks trough the Park.
