The ‘Red Centre’ has numerous accommodation options. There’ll always be a place to lay your head down and it is up to you to choose a back-to-basics backpackers hostel, a charming bed and breakfast, a family resort or one of the many inns located just outside Alice Springs.

If you are traveling with your own or rented campervan or other suitable vehicle, there are plenty of caravan parks near city. From the nearest one (Stuart Caravan Park at Stott Tce 24Aud/night for two in powered site) to centre is less than twenty minutes walk. If you are just passing through, you can sleep in some of the several freecamping sites about hour drive away.
