The Quest Newcastle provides you with fully equipped kitchenettes that allow you to make food in your room. The apartments are clean and have large bathrooms with a washer and dryer. There is a pool, a fitness center and parking. While it is not convenient to many things on foot, this hotel is great if you have a car.

Close to King Street

If you like nightlife than the Travelodge Newcastle, located close to King Street, is the perfect place to stay. Pleasant staff is always ready to assist you with anything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is hot and buffet style. The stairs here are inaccessible except in case of emergency, so if you are claustrophobic about elevator rides stay someplace else. This is a mid-range hotel and the rooms cost about $140 USD.

Smoking Rooms

The Ibis Newcastle has smoking floors available for those who need it, which is great considering many hotels have become smoke-free. As a matter of fact, if you want to stay here in a non-smoking room you will need to book in advance. Clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds will make your stay here a delight. The location of this Newcastle hotel is not in the center of town but it is close to a mall, a pharmacy and outlet stores. When you make your reservation specify that you want a price that includes breakfast if you want to eat your morning meal at the hotel.
