I had this fantastic trip with a guide while travelling around Tasmania. He was that good with local knowledge, and in general with tasmania ,that we hired him for 5 days. Transport is vertually non existant, so we inquired what was available for the day , and a trip to Cradle Mountain was on the cards.This driver was called Murray and he took us on all the backroads to experience the countryside, and wildlife. We travelled in the comfort of a Torago which had everything, including great music on board.Well Cradle came and went during the day, but the highlight was talking to our driver, giving us advice of what next to see and do.All the side tracks were fantastic, full of scenery and a story as to its existence, absolutely fantastic.

Anyway as we were about to leave for the day Heidi, my girlfriend asked what was he doing over the next few days and he had nothing booked , so we decided to have Murray chauffer us around and it turned out to be the best holiday we have been on, so if you go to Tassie look up Murrays Day Out and see if he is available , as we are telling all our friends.
